i recommend under one minute
and get your filtering down that could also be another reason your oil is so dark and not see through.
when iso is exposed to bud for a long while it will pull waxes, chlorophyll and other nasties into your erl.
give it low agitation and it will show you some good honey colored oil. that is dabable without tasting like death..
unless you werent trying to only extract JUST the cannabionoids and terpenes
if so Iso isnt edible and etoh would be a better route if you are ingesting that
either way that fire bud was wasted in my humble opinion
i love it and its strong as fuck lol, im not trippin over your opinion bud. i dont know who youre talkin to but i didnt even reply or say anything lol the only people who have mentioned anything bad are people so are so far out of your league in concentrates and experience who are BHO whores, they dont like anything made using iso....also that was about 24g of trim, not bud...so hardly wasted. that is a 30 second wash...notice how gold the edges are? where it is spread out the most and not clumped up into 10g? that is hardly chlorophyll lol, more like debris from all my trimming....u know...cuz i grow

Hmm, we'll its totally different. I have never smelled any herb like it. To me it has literal catpiss smell, with a sweet dough like thing going on. Early on it looked exactly like how the cookies grew, then it filled out and started to really excite me.
I have never actually seen nu wave in person, but I am leaning more towards an S1 or something else.

I've learned a lot from the forums, and given back some of the knowledge I've learned, too. Mostly hard-knock-don't-do-this type information, but usable and pertinent for sure, along with some more basic growing advice sprinkled here and there.
That said, I watched the rise and spread of the almighty OG Kush way back when and it's fun to watch this too, the rise and spread of GSC.
Having spent the last few years in the Bay, like right in SF, I smoked cookies, and cookies hash almost daily for quite some time now, but I've been away from the forums as I had to finish up my probation (Done!) and so I'm back, and in a weird position.
I've smoked hella cookies, but know only the street rumors about the strain, whatever I could get the seemingly retarded vendor-looking guys at clubs... GSC is a backcross to some OG, and Cherry Pie is a parent plant?
They say Cherry Pie is -Purple Pain x OG x Durban Poison or GDP x OG x Durban Poison, right?
Or, that has something to do with Cherry Pie, or Cherry Pie is one parent of GSC? I picked up hella seeded CP when I had the chance based on that being the street rumor as I really like gsc, but could never grow at the time due to paper not being done.... Paper is done, seeds popped and now
Either way, I've got some Cherry Pie seeds (either S1's or Cherry Pie x ???) out of a particularly good batch of Cherry Pie from The Green Door (last year, early in the year) going, two of the five (everything is WAY legal now) have a really bad crinkle leaf mutation, do I keep em or chuck em guys?
Anyhow, help a guy with a little knowledge about the background of what he's working with. Thanks - DC
