Meanwhile I think there are two possibilities for the problems I had with the GTH #1 genetic: The GTH #1 is breeded from two clone only strains. The Ghost OG and Neville's Wreck. Both are only available as cuts. Neville's Wreck is the male which was used to breed different crosses. The GTH #1 is the most known cross. When plants are only available as cuts, there can happen genetically damages due to excessive cloning over long time. And the second explanation is, maybe somebody found a very nice plant, had no cut and revegged the plant to keep the genetic and this can bring problems, too.
Nevertheless, it seems I found some good plants. I tossed all the crap and kept only the healthy looking ones. And I haven't found hermies among my own plants. Seems I could remove all hermies in the first grow right in time and now the plants seem to be hermie free. I don't dare to pollinate with the males I get, but I will breed with the female plants I have. At least I could catch a bit genetic of two clone only strains in my seeds and I have my own cuts now, because I kept clones of all my plants and will select in some weeks.
And I also have three GTH #1 F2 plants. One produces unbelievable big buds. Mother was very strong and a very good yielder and flowered 16 weeks. And there is also another F2 pheno which mother was done in 9 weeks. Yield was low, but buds were very strong and hard like rocks. Maybe interesting for breeding. Plants I got from the GTH #1 seeds were very different. It is all but a stable strain.
