What strains have you found best for aches and pains? I prefer a heavy indica for my RA pains but haven’t found that perfect mix to also help with sleep.

Pre 98 bubba, herojuana, lvpk some nice ones for pain, gsc forum cut actually really helped with my nerve pain but not with sleep.
