being uncomfortable in one’s own skin is a terrible condition. I understand the desire to change. Change is fine…fleeing from who and what you are is not healthy. No amount of drugs or surgery repairs those in flight. “Transitioning” is not authentic.
People transition from young to old. They do not transition from male to female or female to male.
I can recognize the conditions of there being Effeminate males and Masculine females. No doubt. They are homosexuals generally speaking. It’s not bigotry to call it what it is.

Good to know that you know more than the patients or doctors about this, you should make all the health care decisions for them no doubt. That's important these days with keeping the state and federal government out of health care you know, someone else has to step up to the plate and get involved in other people's lives when they don't agree with what that other group is up to.

Anybody who has ever been around transexuals knows they are not mentally healthy. It’s a condition. Adding hormones, hormone blockers, chiseling down facial bone structures, removing and rebuilding genitalia, etc…and pretending they are not what they are….is somehow making these people well? Not likely.
As far as doctors knowing more…they know how to turn a dime. Patients are the dime. That’s the question of ethics. The common decency I mentioned above. Not enabling an illusion.
