there you go lying again, there's a reason i don't even check alerts with your name on them all the time. it's frustrating cause i want to think you're here in good faith (i want to think that about anyone), but you constantly lie. What rates ? I already asked you to show us this data that shows correlation but we both know you can’t. That’s why you don’t.
Why are we bringing up surgery for minors ? You just brought up life saving surgery. We’ve been talking about this topic as it relates to minors for how long now ? 3 months ? It’s baffling to me that you’re this dense
it's not my fault you ignore the studies etc. i've posted, but sure if it makes you feel better to talk shit instead of learn shit...
but just in case:
suicidal tendencies/ ideation/ attempts is pretty well known, although afaik the exact numbers are kinda elusive so far (it's still not as well studied as it should be)...
even crowder and POSs like him use these kinda numbers to spread their anti- trans hate.

Prevalence of substance use and mental health problems among transgender and cisgender U.S. adults: Results from a national probability sample - PubMed
Transgender individuals experience numerous health disparities relative to cisgender individuals. However, most transgender-health studies have focused on convenience samples with limited generalizability. This study utilized data from the 2016-2018 TransPop Study, the first national probability...

it only includes the abstract, and the sample size is not impressive, but here's a decent breakdown:

BUT
i know you were probably referring to whether the rate improves after transition treatments/ affirmation surgery... and i am sure you know that there isn't a ton of good data on the matter.
but there is data.
and it generally points to better outcomes.
Suicide-Related Outcomes Following Gender-Affirming Treatment: A Review - PMC
Gender-affirming treatment remains a topic of controversy; of particular concern is whether gender-affirming treatment reduces suicidality. A narrative review was undertaken evaluating suicide-related outcomes following gender-affirming surgery, ...

(i highlighted that last part cause i know you like to point it out as though the medical professionals aren't already aware of the nuances)..."... A narrative review was undertaken evaluating suicide-related outcomes following gender-affirming surgery, hormones, and/or puberty blockers. Of the 23 studies that met the inclusion criteria, the majority indicated a reduction in suicidality following gender-affirming treatment; however, the literature to date suffers from a lack of methodological rigor that increases the risk of type I error. There is a need for continued research in suicidality outcomes following gender-affirming treatment that adequately controls for the presence of psychiatric comorbidity and treatment, substance use, and other suicide risk-enhancing and reducing factors. There is also a need for future systematic reviews given the inherent limitations of a narrative review. There may be implications on the informed consent process of gender-affirming treatment given the current lack of methodological robustness of the literature reviewed."
obviously this next one also shows we need more data points. but again, the trend generally seems to follow that suicidality seems to improve with gender affirmation surgery.

Conclusions:
Suicidal ideation was generally found to decrease post-GAS; results regarding suicide attempts were inconsistent, and there was insufficient data to draw any conclusion about the effects of GAS on death by suicide.
