GCG Those pictures makes me want to be sitting next to you smoking one. For me you garbed the felling with those pics good job. Aloha

are you still running your supp lighting and what day do you keep them on till?

No, and i only ever did for plants put out super early that were getting light dep. Anything that i put out after 5/20 that needs supp. lighting to continue to veg. has no spot in my garden.

There is a time and place for supp. lighting, full season plants put out after mid may are certainly not part of it. At least not in my setup.

Got 2 cherry pie, gdp dominant going yes4215, what can you tell me?

ive had to scramble and set up supp lighting because i saw a few tiny pistils on a dieselberry from clone....most of my garden is clones and im worried maybe they are starting to trigger. sunlight is from 530ish to 830ish but direct light is only 630-730...i saw trinity gold veg out some monsters last year with his supp lighting even though he mentioned that he would scale them back...also aside from a dozen 5-6 footers most of my plants are still only 3-4 feet tall and need more veg IMO..

Cherry Pie is low yielding for the most part..my mendo plug only gets 3lbs per 200 gal and hes a veteran who can pull 5 easy from his other strains...my biggest cherry pie last year, put out june 6th at 2-3 feet tall, yielding just over 2 LBs....we cut all the tops off before the october storms, but left the bottoms of the plants outside in the rain for another week, the nugs turned dark purple and had zero signs of mold..so its pretty resistant.

here are some of my 2lb cherry plants from last year...the one that purpled up was in the shade in the evening, the one in longer direct sunlight stayed mostly green..

nice pics Yes4Prop215... wondering a couple things.

  1. what would you say the ideal finish time is?
  2. what is the bag appeal like; do you have any pics of the finished buds?
  3. smoke report?

thanks for the info so far, our cut of the cherry pie comes from Endur, who got it from you. :tiphat:

music... http://youtu.be/yh7mpqi4o2w

here's a little update of some stuff as of today, going to be watering tonight so we'll see some explosive growth in the next couple days.

wide shot, probably climb up on the roof after this watering and take a nice pic for comparison to the one from the beginning of the year.

definitely a couple feet behind some of the other guys gardens out there but I'm sure they'll catch up and have less problems towards the end. I hope so anyways : )

sister plants, you can see the bean plant has been crawling all over the corn stalk and starting to wrap it up.

that's all for now, bless it up.

Looking good GCG, im seeing a huge explosion of growth as well. We had cold temps for the first couple weeks of planting. Once the weather finally broke I fed them with seaweed and they have been off to the races.

for darker purps we pulled at oct12th..but can be taken earlier. bag appeal was really good people see a dark purple pound and already have their cash out..and when they open to smell it has a pungent aroma like indoor granddaddy purple...the smoke is good not as smooth as the OG kushes more hashy reminds me alot of purple with strong stone..

im interested in seeing how your smaller ones end up doing...i have a bunch of pots where i double planted ladies that size..

No need to double plant my man, but, im not suggesting it will hurt. Same strain last year, smaller at this point, 3 pounds a plant, all day. Don't forget what mid july - mid august is capable of.

Glad to hear it. Those pictures are at boobs spot, although we both have a hand in all the gardens she certainly deserves the credit for that.
