Gazpacho

I have a boat load of tomato's & cucumbers........Need a good gazpacho recipe if you have one you like. Thank You!

chop...and pureed in blender or use stick emulsion blender ...BEST
3 bell peppers 1 each color ... remove seeds
red onion 1 each
celery 1/2 bunch ... remove leaves
cucumber deseeded and peeled...
parsley 1 bunch
cilantro 1 bunch
green onions 1 bunch
lime juice 1 whole +++ zest from the peel ...
sherry vinegar 3 TBS
2 TBS chipotle Tabasco
cubed day old white bread toast .... added at end then puree-ed... this is the thickening agent...
1 tsp cumin
3 TBS salt
1 TBS pepper
serve chilled w/ roasted corn and diced avocado ....and chilled peeled shrimp
dot of sour cream, and sum tortilla fried strips ...
