Anyways I was checking out your beautiful girls and saw this pic.

I am thinking of jumping on the co2 train because of the heat this summer. Is it true with co2 you can run higher temps? I need to make a decision quick as we had a couple of hot days and my room got up tp 88f so I was thinking of venting my hoods, killing the ac unit and pump in co2. I started to look into it and sounds good but dont have a clue where to refill the tank locally. I did find a place hans lighting or something like that but they told me they only trade tanks. I told the dude you want me to buy a new tank then trade me a piece of shit tank instead of refilling. I didnt like that idea. I was also told the tank needs some safety stamp is that true. CO2 maybe a pain in the ace for me but I need to beat the heat or turn of lamps. But less lamps equals less bud less bud equals broke.

Would appreciate your input on CO2, some guy told me too Praxair will fill the tank but I dunno. What do you do? Also how much does it cost to fill it and how long does it last? Do you have to fill it every few days or week maybe?

Alright Dam let me see if I can answer your question?

First off you will need to go back to Hans lighting and by a CO2 regulator.

Then you can go to any welding supply company like janco on Auzerais st.. Praxair or even a beverage supply co.

If they ask what you need it for tell them you have a kegerator and you love drinking beer, they usually don't ask though.

I had to buy my first tank then I just exchange it when i need it filled. I have a 20 Lb. tank and it will last between 3-4 weeks. That all depends on how much CO2 you will be using though.

Do some resarch and calculate how much CO2 you will need for your room. This will help you get the right sized regulator for your room.

CO2 is not necessary unless your temps are 85 degrees or higher. My Gh is usually 10-20 degrees higher than outside so when we have high temps outside I supplement with CO2.

vent your hoods, put the glass lenses on them and try that first. Also when it gets hot run your lights at night instead of during the middle of the day. Use the cooler night temps to your advantage.

It's been a while since I've filled my tank so I'm not sure how much it costs to refill it I think like $20.00 -$30.00 is all though. It's not that expensive if you think about it and really easy.

It reminds me of my propane tank. I bought this expensive tank then had to trade it and they gave me a cheopo that wasnt as nice.

I harvested my AB G-13 on Monday and it's already dry So I'm gonna smoke it tonight and let you know how it is tomorrow.

I smoked some fresh MTF on Sunday, without any curing and let me tell you it is definately a sat. Ears were ringing, my heart started racing a little and had an excellent head buzz.

DAM. CO2 works best in a sealed room, but look at my GH it's not sealed by ant means and it does help.

If you are running an AC put it on a timer and have it come on after you have added CO2. You don't have to run CO2 all the time, I run mine for 1/2 an hour every 2 hours and it helps. Do your research here before you use it. It does take some thinking to get it right, but it's not hard at all.

Nice score on the tanks bro Just kick down some bud to your friends friend and I'm sure he'll get you what you need? Trading bud for supplies is the only way to go.

Core CO2 generators raise temps, compressed CO2 like I'm using does not raise or lower the temps at all. Try using CO2 before an AC it's cheaper and allows you to run in higher temps.
