Sweet looking gals JJ, great job. I remember when those seeds first showed up on seedbay. I was reading the diary of someone else (don't remember who) who did a grow of Head Seeds and the results looked awesome.

Gotta get some beans out of the Head camp .. and SOON!!! :smile:

Is that a pest strip or a deodorizer?

Was there a need for odor control or was it manageable without any help?

I'm dying to grow a diesel strain but odor issues abound.

Bud, its a yr old pest strip I was using as a marker.

If I didnt have a fan blowing right outside, odor would have been more of an issue. The smell still got around a little but is managable with a small scrubber. This was a fun grow and it is hard to cut them because I like looking at those big colas, lol...I would recommend them to anyone.....

There you go Nitetiger, just for you my friend.....The first plant did around 90 grams and the second, which is the smallest got jarred at around 75. They would have gone more, but I cut every bud off every stalk and stem. I like it all ready to smoke, lol. I think that one with the huge cola will go a bit over 4. Anything over 20 ounces off those 6 plants and I will be tickled. These plants went through a hard time at about a month but rebounded nicely.....

I wanted to post a pic of the hash I made with the trim. I freeze the trim and use a silkscreen to seperate the resin......

I'm a little dissapointed with my SD's. they are in week 7 and have generally sparse buds. Not bulky like my NL. The fan leaves have all yellowed which is strange because its the exact same soil as my NL which remained healthy through the grow. The only thing i can figure out is its strain specific and maybe needed more nitrogyn during flower. Also, i traded cuttings with someone so maybe the cuttings i got were not from the best pheno plant.
Lots of trichs though.. I may get an oz dry from 2 plants. My clones from that one I will feed differently and give bigger pots for flower. It looks like these will be ready in 8 weeks which seems maybe early for SD.

The Diesel strains seem to like a lot of ferts. I was giving mine full flowering doses twice a week. You are also probably correct that the pheno was a weak one. Its to bad to spend that time and only get a half z a plant, but it beats a sharp stick in the eye, lol......

I cut 10 clones today to get started if that answers your question, lol. The speed with which these things grow, I have no idea what to expect sizewise. I can hardly wait.
