Thanks. I don’t usually use these cups. I just had them around and had thrown out my usual small plastic pots in a fit of organization.
I have some left in my garage and may use those up for veggies and I like the idea of giving the roots an escape route.
You are welcome but I keep journals as a way to remember what works, what doesn’t and what maybes for me. My memory ain’t what it used to be. I do, however, hope other people find at least some useful info from my journals since I have gained so much knowledge from perusing other people’s journals. Plus, who doesn’t like bud porn?
even with the valve completely open. Thinking it might be air bound, I sucked some water out thru the feeder hose. Some water came out but it was really cloudy. Decided to clean the bucket and hoses. The bucket had sediment in the bottom of it. I assume that is from the nutes. Going to hand water for a week or so and set the system back up closer to departure. This system may just only work for water and not nutes. The time I will be gone will be water only and even if I get sediment, it should last the time I will be gone. Happy the system failed now but disappointed it took a month to get to this point.
