If anyone wants to lose weight, google Penile papules and feel sorry for the worst cases...I guarantee you won't be eating that day.
I saw them on channel 4's "Embarrassing bodies" which led to googling. I think the milder cases wouldn't be so bad as it's just little white bumps under the rim of the old chap's lid, but those bad cases....fuuuuuuuck. I'd imagine it would be difficult convincing women that it isn't an STD or contagious, and having to show a wikipedia page every time a chick sees yer dong would be a bit of a passion killer.
