You drive around with it in a bus, and the number of balloons it would take to carry it away.
1 litre of helium will lift 1 gram, each helium balloon around 5 litres.
50 or 60 balloons should do it.

I don't see how they could prove that you tampered with evidence. "Why, it was my 500th traffic stop and I was merely celebrating the event, officer."

Over here they can't even prosecute people who are photographed or filmed snorting coke or shooting whatever, because they can't prove that it was an illegal substance...unless the person fesses up.
