One of the my boys did that years ago. Only problem was once he hit the ground he had about six inches of bone sticking out of his arm between his elbow and wrist. Put my belt around his arm as a tourniquet, wrapped my shirt around the protruding arm bone and rushed him to the ER. Had to chopper him to Boston for surgery.
He stopped skateboarding after that. LOL.
