lol, got a story of my own when someone did that to me, and the dumb SOB actually was speaking into my voicemail when he called me a cocksucker as he was drunkenly hanging up the phone, that's Dick for ya!!!
anyway I was representing the seller Dick from above and the buyer Bobby B in a dual agency real estate transaction, Dick was selling his restaurant. I cooked for Dick, played league pool on his team, took him fishing to my best little 'ponds' up here, for awhile we worked side by side in the same real estate office, we were coworkers and friends.
in the RE transaction I owed my fiduciary responsibility to getting Dick the best price, I truly represented Dick's best interest. Both parties were well aware of this and had signed up with me acknowledging that. I was doing a great job for Dick when he called me drunk, rambled on & hung up calling me a cocksucker.
Without telling a soul I switched sides in my negotiating efforts, I told Dick that asking so much more would kill the deal, I told BobbyB to offer less $$$$$ and then told Dick to accept it or lose the buyer, the restaurant was closed & on the market for 3 yrs, Dick took Bobby's offer.
I could have gotten Dick about $25K more, Bobby had settled a huge lawsuit, something I had been compelled to keep secret.
Anyway that cocksucker Dick passed away a few years ago, turns out he had molested his daughters, even during some of the time that he & I were tight friends, moments in time that I now continually condemn myself for not realizing.
And so it turns out I cost a perverted child molester some serious bucks
