if one gives rep by way of the little icon scale on the lower left of the screen it drops down a window that you can post comments to the member... or by way of 'did you find this post useful' on the lower right of the post.. rep, over the course of time is supposed to give more credibility 'respect' to the member making the comment.. almost as had to explain as the PPK.. and it is simple. but I gave it a shot. hope this sheds some light.

It does. It was the "over the course of time..." part I didn't quite get.

I'm amazed she still has her nose and teeth. I've broken far more, with what seemed to be far less. I'm certain I could break someone's nose just throwing a melon at them. I don't know how she walked away from that.
