Not to be nit picky or anything,but when it says "come back with a warrant" that is too much like an invitation.
a mat that states.."Do you have a Warrant",conveys the same sentiment,without appearing to extend hospitality.
In fact the Chinese do eat penises.
In Beijing they have a special restaurant where they serve penises from a wide variety of animals, that´s a fact I have seen in a documentary about that restaurant.
If you knew what else they eat you would surprised.
