not sure what my lawyer is requesting, think its the interview i did in the little room, where i waived my right to not talk, it was a comedy show....

im not going to see ANY time, the judge is cool and laughs every time my case is called and keeps on remarking about the comedy of errors....

They taped the interview? If so that must be what your atty. is asking for is a copy of the tape. You might have lucked out, and they recorded over it, lost it, or something.

I wouldn't say he was bragging. Just stating his perspective based on what benefited him most. I am sure you would use the law to your benefit as well. Lets face it. If you are a commercial grower you are benefiting from it being illegal too. Krunch may just have been a little too honest about his opinion.

had court in a different room and a different judge, i believe this was supposed to be the first offer from the DA......

as me and my lawyer are sitting there, she receives a text from the DA, saying they want to send the mushrooms and the steroids to get lab tested...

she says this a a really good sign, as they most likely they have no case for marijuana and are going after me with these.....

still going for court probation if anything at all.....

she JUST got some kat off in Santa Cruz who has 3 warehouse with court probation....

If they wanted to have them tested they have had ample time to do it. They are continuing to waste the court's time and money a point your lawyer should be pointing out at every turn. They are probably dragging it out just to hope you will take a plea.

lawyer thinks the first deal will be for the roids and shrooms with no pot at all. that's why they want to test.....

damn 3 warehouses...makes me feel good about having a top lawyer on the team. as long as the shrooms and roids werent in commercial amounts you can always plead to personal use and you can usually expunge possession charges later...good to hear.

So do heavy trippers only dose once or twice a month? I have only done them a few times in my life so can't say I know much about the culture.

Where the roids and shrooms found in the car or the house? Has your lawyer tried to void the search warrant for lack of probable cause? If the fuck pigs were in your house because you had cannabis, and cannabis is legal for you THEN there is no way they should have obtained the warrant and anything they found should be inadmissible.
