i was just dropping in to see what was going on with ya and i def was happy to see this

ya, had court again and we finally got the second discovery....

going to have a meeting with my lawyer to discuss the discovery soon...

while i was there my lawyer had another case in another court room, cultivation with guns and cocaine. the case got dismissed on something she found, not sure what. the kat was was waiting outside for us to get out, he was beyond ecstatic, i would be to....

best of luck man. we are all still pulling for ya.

i'm hoping that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and then likely, a fucking huge party

court recently after almost two months....

the DA still has not produced two things that my lawyer requested, and after i think 8 times to court on these....

my lawyer moved to dismiss the case on these grounds and the judge got PISSED! he kept asking my lawyer all these questions, implying she has not done what she needed to do to get these two things.....

my lawyer was like i did this, that the other and many times over and the judge said counsel/ DA to my chambers.....

after a while they come out and the judge is laughing with my lawyer....

he verified she did what she needed to do and the judge even tried to do what he could to get these two things, and he couldn't.....

almost a year since this started, at a bullshit stalemate....

the DA obviously DOES NOT have what we are requesting, im hoping a dismissal at my next court date....

I hope everything turns out OK for you and you shouldn't have been arrested in the first place.

But I do have to make a comment that a lot of people here are going to agree with although they may not say it.

Part of the problem here in Canada (and places in the US) is when the gov't allowed 'medical users' to grow their own pot, they got licensed and got given special privileges that no one else has to grow pot.

These select 'chosen few' or 'special people' should have been ambassadors for 'the cause' so one day we can all grow without fear of getting caught.

Instead what they did, here in Canada and in the US, is use their government awarded special privileges that none of us get as some sort of free license to be 'legal drug dealers' and be in it for the money by going WAY OVER PLANT LIMITS.

What these people did, is HURT US from ever hoping to grow legally at home.

Now in Canada, they gov't, in it's fascist style of governing, is going to award select farming corporations to grow marijuana and will now BAN home growing.. And guess who they are likely going to want to sell it to? The US. This is how it works between NL and Sweeden. One grows, the other buys.

But do any of you guys know WHY THEY ARE BANNING HOME GROWING IN CANADA?

BECAUSE YEARS AND YEARS OF COMPLAINTS FROM THE PIGS ABOUT GROWERS BEING WAY OVER THEIR PLANT LIMITS AND SIMPLY BEING LEGAL, SPECIAL, DRUG TRAFFICKERS WHILE THE REST OF US HAVE TO SIT AND DO JAIL TIME IF WE ARE CAUGHT.

You people got given a special privilege, and time and time again your greed shows through and you ruin it for the rest of us.

Now I'm not saying that you did anything wrong, but I just get mad and frustrated at the progress it took over so many years to allow growing at home, and ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FOLLOW EASY PLANT LIMITS. But no. You guys time and time again get greedy and ruin it for the rest of us.

Do you guys understand the trouble I'll be in if my home gets searched? Do you know how much un-smoked weed I have saved up here in jars? I'd be in SERIOUS sh*t if I was caught. I don't get some piece of paper making me immune from this. I guess I'm a second class citizen or something. I actually have so much weed because I don't sell it. I'm a closet grower (meaning secret grower).

Imagine thousands of children starving in Africa. One child is given the SPECIAL privilege - each day he gets a truck load of food. Of course he sells it and makes good money off it. The gov't won't allow us to sell food. We're only allowed to eat it. Then ontop of all this, the kid getting all the free food is so greedy he decided to break the rules and steal more food and put it in his truck hoping no one noticed and then runs to big brother and his papers when he gets caught.

Every child would LOVE to in his place, but can't.

It's the same thing how I see these 'legal medical growers' who are given SUCH SPECIAL PRIVILEGES, especially here in Canada, and then go WAY over their plant limits and mis-use the system. The system was NOT intended for you to be some legal drug dealer. It was intended for 'medical patients' to grow their own weed.

You guys all broke the spirit of the rules, broke the law, mis-used the program, and now YOUR ACTIONS ARE GOING TO RUIN IT FOR THE REST OF US - THE PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED HOME GROWING LEGALIZED.

Anyhow, abolishing the laws won't happen anytime soon so I'm not going to entertain that 'what if'. We need to take baby steps to legalization. When you guys continually break the rules and mis-use the program, it's a step back each time until we lose our privileged and that's what's happening in Canada so I'd like to thank all the Canadian cash cropping drug dealers.. err.. medical growers out there for ruining it for the rest of us and any hope we might of had of being legal.

One of my buddies did 5 years for having over 100 plants. Federal.

People, dont grow 100 plants or more. I believe he said its a mandatory 5 years Federal. I had another buddy in Humboldt do 6 months for a 1" ball of hash that someone else hid in his jacket pocket. He said he learned through that trial that concentrates such as Hash, and hashoil, kief, are all illegal regardless.He warned me right before I transported 1/2 LB ofGDP/Headband/OG Kush/Sour Diesel Kief back down south. I did it anyway.It was dynamite Kief. The best in the world!

These guys both live in Humboldt. Serious time.

Just grow 99 plants or less,and make sure you have paperwork for all of them.

They could have really slammed you man. The feds would have took everything and you too, for longer then 5 years. Im glad that didnt happen. Hopefully the stupid prosecutor will get bored with you and move on. Good Luck.

I hope the kids out there pay attention to the above advice.

Keep to your plant limits. Keep it legit. This not only helps you be a good ambassador for the rest of us to show the gov't that pot growers are responsible, but following the rules most importantly saves you from serving serious time in jail.

All they have to do is come to your house, get you on numerous local firearm violations, pull up something you did 20 years ago, make you out to be the devil... and they can lock you away and throw away the key.

They'll take the clones, consider them plants, and then add a potential value to the plants like 'he was caught growing a potential 1 million dollars of marijuana' with intent of x y z.

Then there's the gun charges. Then the knife charges. Then the previous record. Evading taxes, money laundering.

They'll get you on everything they can.

To avoid this, keep plants under the limits. And for God sakes.. if you have firearms in the house, make sure you're kosher and legit with your state laws. Firearms offenses do NOT look good on a pot arrest. If you have an illegal firearm, get rid of it now. Just buy a new one at Bass Pro or something. Follow the rules.

If you want to go above your plant limits and cash crop then please don't get a license and ruin it for the rest of us.

I know I know if weed was legal.. but we live in the real world. For now, you guys have to start dealing with things the way they are. Grow your plants differently, keep your firearms legit. If they come to get you, they won't have anything to get you on and you'll be free.

Also if you have children in the house, make sure there's a locked door to the grow area. They love to call in child services and ruin your life.

Keep above board, keep safe. Don't protest ignore laws. And hopefully one day you'll be legal to grow and do whatever you want.

I guess it depends on where you live, here getting a federal rap would be better than the ten years for one plant , & damn I think I have more than one, way more but not 100 yet, LOL!!!!!!!!!
