It's been so long since I've lived in apartments that I can't really recall what all goes on. What kinds of things do they need to inspect for, as long as you're not about to move out soon?

id rather not say now, paranoia is getting the best of me.

Spraying for bugs is one of them. If shower or tub drain develops a leak and the apartment below reports it thats just something else that invites inspection.

For large jobs I recommend a u haul for the day. Just put everything inside and lock it. Large moving boxes might work well for smaller jobs.

Best of luck. How many plants ya go and what stage they at? Sucks now but as soon as you get em back you'll be a very happy guy that isn't in jail.

When I got a "walkthrough" they gave me a SIXTY DAY notice afterwards!! They [rental agency] knows how things work in Humboldt!

Ive been thru many inspections in my apartment days and some of the things they say they are looking for is things that need to be repaired before getting worse like a leaky pipe. One of the maintnence men I got along with told me they are also supposed to look for damage and things not allowed like pets not listed on the lease. Im sure they would report anything illegal like a grow room too.

I would advise you to make sure you are home at the time of the inspection, I like to follow them around real close, staying right on their heels seems to speed things up and probably makes them snoop less.

Well, I would not worry about stressing hte flowering girls as they are so close to finishing (60 day strain presumed) and the vegging plants won't miss a beat.

I would agree withthe use of moving boxes (dark and stealthy) for moving them into the truck.

Just a thought.

And you would think in Humboldt they would be cooler about growing- its a driving economic force in the county probably bigger then timber and fishing.

Im lucky I have a friend who knows how to grow to watch them a while.

I cant be home for inspection, so the plan instead is to clean up everything really well.

Im just gonna move it to a friends for a week.

Go to a moving place and buy some boxes. Maybe wardrobe size? put them in there for two days. dont involve a friend. camoflauge the boxes with some old shirts or what not so the boxes look like they have been there a while and not new. Tape them up well with duct tape or similar to keep out curious onlookers.

What led them to the "walkthrough"? The suspicion of a grow, or unrelated? And what did they find that caused them to give you notice?

lots and lots and lots of ONA gel slow release and an unhealthily large ozone thingy/ionizer (sry, forgot the words) ...............no, i would go with what they said and u haul the stuff unless you really trust your friend
