Yes my friend did not have a rec, and your prediction was spot on! All dismissed, filed with the county clerk to have my herb returned to me!! For how much I was freaking out yesterday this turned out just fine. Thanks everyone for your input, greatly appreciated.

Kiss the judges ass, have the $580 on you if possible to pay all fines ect. and explain your sitch. I've had a few warrants, some I've tried to hide and not get caught and it never goes well which everyone knows. The ones I've maned up on and turned my self in have been alot less harsh, the worst action from me turning myself in on a 30,000 bond was I sat in jail for about 2 hours till the old lady brought up the lovely 10% went to court 3 weeks later got back 25xx and went on with my life. Thats my advice
