yes RB I think you are correct on that...... I dont think its legal to home grow "here" tobacco but alcohol is ok at home... as long as it is beer or wine... spirits are illegal.. despite that you can get stills at any home brew shop here for about $300US ....
making home wine and spirits is a big pastime for our italian and greek communities here which is why the stils are available... and those essences... like ouzo and whiskey ...I think they are the flavours you add to your rocket fuel or moonshine to make it drinkable.....not sure enuff on that.
one day I am gonna do the still...... as long a sI dont do a homer I should be ok
