shit went down..grow partner tried screwing me over..cops got involved ..after several attempts at fabricating charges all the y could do is lie say I was drunk and haul my ass to holding cell..no shoes,shorts and tank top...and one coldass cell...12 hours trying to keep warm...they don't have to even give you a breath test anymore..just say your drunk and off ya go...grow partner tried lying saying I had weapon and some bullshit...he got a visit while I was in the cold cell....charges dropped ...cost e 80$ for a cab ride....spot burned and I had to relocate back to city sandiego....yeehaw ...suck it piggies...

ya partners just don't work for me.. lost a bunch of stuff/gear/possessions...but I got my freedom and did what I had to...cops were trying to make up charges ...it was advised it was mutual combat and should be dropped and was....the fact cops can just say hey your drunk and haul you to jail without a Breathalyzer or any sort of test is whack...I was stone cold sober..being drunk would of allowed sleep in holding cell...ooh well I am free and my stuff can be replaced over time....yeehaw..land of the free ???? really???

Dirty cops/prosecutors will nix any test that can prove you innocent. They feel it will "muddy the waters".
They can tell lies all day long. It's that hard evidence of the truth that bothers them so much.

considering new spots I think I might either go to florida or maine..both have their charm for me...flats fishing in the keys and good market but severe charges\ sentances if caught...maine climate rough .decent markets in maine and nearbye and light sentances/charges if shit goes down....hmmmmm...for now san diego city life and the beach kayaking....yeehaw...thanks for kind words all...I definitely appreciate my freedom more but realize how easy it is for someone to lie and take it all away...been a while since me and the piggies had encounter...should be good to go for about another 10 years lol...like clockwork

kayaking here is nice in la jolla and ocean beach but I aint liking the city any more than I did when I left a few years back...but I am in a great neighborhood with stuff to do within walking distance the ex mayor lives down the street.. ...might have to overwinter here in san diego and make move in spring..for a city san diego is among the best in the united states as far as I am concerned...yeehaw....

Theres a great attourney that loves to sue the cops given the right case they hate him....

You cant just arrest someone for being drunk(rightfully that is, think we all agree cops dont follow the rules tho) without a test... thats the only evidence that proves they got a case.

mission bay nice .. by the bait barge the fish gather to get the escapees but it can be crowded...yeehaw.....there was another guy inside got arrested for allegedly being on drugs..they didn't even tell him what kind they were alleging he was high on and never tested him either..he wasn't high as far as I could tell... I am letting it go and am 330 miles away..i will take the loss an move on...but my anger towards those in power has grown a lot and next time it might make the news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
