From flower to harvest(around mid May 06) WW, Ice, Papaya

I use 84 added watts of CFL (on top of existing 150w) for lower/side bud sights and I've noticed a difference. Not huge, but definitely a difference.

I am growing scrog with 400W HPS so I wouldn't do it myself, but if its not putting you above about 85 f , I don't think it could hurt and they may help just a small bit. To do any good at all, the florals need to be as close as you can get them, almost touching if possible Looking damn good so far!

Turkish how long did it take you to veg/train those plants before flower.

The white widow was 41 days from seed and the Ice I think was 28 days from seed(shoulda gone atleast another week or too, it is kinda small I think). I started training real early though before the plants were even 6 inches tall. I think I will post some more pics tonight the ice is getting more purple by the day...wish I would have taken a clone but I am moving in august so really no point hopefully some of my other ice seeds will carry the purple pheno. I removed the two 150w cfls though because I couldn't successfully figure out how to mount them like I wanted(hand them duct taped and woke up to find them all messed up luckily they fell to the side of my plants and not onto them).

Day 31, sorry for the shitty pics, I HATE MY CAMERA. Lol. Almost to the half way point. How are they looking guys? They on the right track? They gonna start to fatten up and pack on trics soon? I mean theres trics already but my white widow sure as heck doesn't look like flowering ww I have seen before covered in snow.

I don't know Turkish - to me she's lookin pretty chunky for her age! On mine fattening from piling on new calyxes happens with 2-3 weeks to go and the frost piles on the last week or two.

I think you are going to be very surprised come harvest time....

Turkish - there are all kinds of growin styles - the proof is in the pudding as they say, and you look to have some tasty puddin cookin up there! HPS for flower isn't one of the 10 commandments ya know, lotsa folks have grown start to finish with MH with great results. If they show snow ya gotta know ya did something right!

Well this morning I awake to find an alien space invader, an old mustached man with white hair and a red suit, a time travelling pirate, and a monkey trying to steal my buds...pictures to follow. Also when "bananas" grow where do they grow out of? Do they grow out of the calyxses(this wouldn't make sense to me)? Cuz I have a yellow thing coming out of the very top calyxse of one of my budsite it looks more like the tip of a leave that is yellow but I dunno, couldn't get a very good pic.

Turkish: Nice grow so far, That ice bud looks plump,I have 2 Ice in my garden at 30 & 37 days,1 is purp as well I have to take a pic, but my old camera sucks. My buds are not as big as yours but my plants did not sex till 1 week after 12/12 so I guess they are only 23 & 30 days As for Bannanas you mean male balls I assume,What you see is most likely swelling calyxs. and not pollen sacs. but pics would help

Hey thanks SS, my white widow had preflowers when I sent it into 12/12 but the ice didn't show for about a week. Here are the shots of the bastards trying to steal my bud and of the possible hermie I am seeing, I know the shot is horrible but it was the best I could get for now.
