next round in the big tent. in the dark tonight for a 24-36 hrs and then 12/12. i think im gonna put up a trellis. everything is lui except for the lone bogbubble in the back left.

dont hear much about LUI. I have an og kush x lui but havent run em yet. is the LUI simply a fast flowering, high yeidling indica? cash crop?

i dont know too much about it myself. first time with it. i know its legends ultimate indica, which is a three way hybrid of landrace indicas if im not mistaken and the pacific G-13. i hear nothing but good things about DGs gear and im really hoping to find a heavy one. i think out of four phenos i will. its supposed to be pretty thick.

inoculated the luis last night with some myco madness, along with molasses, fulpower, and meta K to help kick off the budset. tonight is first 12 hr period, after 36 hrs of dark.

What kinds of smells and flavors did ya get from the HEs? And did you say you made wax? How was it? I've never made or tried it before.

happy ending #1 was straight grape at time of chop. lemon dom like her sister through most of flowering, right at the end it just blew up in grape. well see how it cures out.
happy ending #2 kept an overwhelming lemon odor the entire time. very strong and almost chemical.

i made wax out of a preemie HE#1 that just gave up the ghost at 5 weeks. i gassed the whole thing fresh off the branch, and it cranked out some lemon caramel wax that was hard and brittle, cloudyish. very good.

today i made more wax out of a combination of fresh trim, dried trim, and what was left of the dried bud from the preemie run. it came out mostly lemon too, very good, pliable and buttery looking.

i also gassed some fresh chem casey trim, it is strong as fuck, and smells retarded.

lol. looking at that pic makes me want to smoke it too...

toked a still damp quicker dried bud of chem casey tonight. taste was amazing. kinda kushy, pretty chem cleaner.

also, got busy in the big tent tonight, finished cleaning up the LUIs (removing shading fans and lower branches and budsites)
and i fitted a trellis in, for the first time ever. i figure, hopefully there will be too many colas for me to stake... i have high hopes for this round!

and, i top dressed the moms with some Peace of Mind.

5 days in.

dont think ive mentioned that i replaced all the bulbs in the 1800 tent. they are in the new packaging, which claims there have been improvements made. work better with digital ballasts, blah blah. i will tell you this though. they are a SHITLOAD brighter. i had all hortilux in there, and i replaced them with all hortilux. the ones i replaced werent too old, two less than 3 months old and one less than a year old. one was a little faulty, so i replaced all three to be square. and when i went to check on them when they were on i was amazed at how much brighter it is in there. glad i switched them out. anyway...
