Are those things made for super cropping or lst?
Thats a great idea if it is. Ive never seen those before.
I see you used 1 to bend the leaf outa the way, but do you use those on the branches to bend and train them?

yes Overgrow they go by the name 'Bendz' and are pretty invaluable when you got limited space dealing with the bitches!
Had to use them on the FAM's fan leaves to attempt to get more light to her as I failed to top her this time round
