Sorry to remove this, but links to copyrighted materials that are still in print, and on sale at various locations leads to legal problems beyond our ability to deal with.
Basically, posting these types of links endangers the site, and the poster of such copyrighted material.
As a publisher myself, I can't condone this, although the reviews of this book make it seem like something valuable for all of us to read.
Perhaps you can search and find this as a legitimate eBook...evidently lots of research went into preparing this book, which is why they charge for it.
