If its a girl and as 'pure' or 'landrace' looking as its dearly departed sister, it may just take a couple of stessors to get some self pollination going. STS, if Im remembering correctly, is what some folks are using to reverse.

I found this thread about colloidal silver:

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=60610

I think I'd try that. I have had no success with over the counter colloidal silver products. I sprayed a clone of that Diesel and a Chocolope x C99 clone for three weeks, and female preflowers kept forming at every new node, so I never tried to flower them fully. Maybe that was my mistake.

Don't forget to take cuts before it gets too big.

Or blooms.

I will, GOSH....

I only started at page 27 but what a cool concept for a thread. This already sounds like it has the makings of some strain lore. I'll be watching as this develops.

Sorry the picture is turned on its side, but the seedling is doing pretty well. It was a little bit slow for the first two weeks but I adjusted the pH downward and she has picked up and is looking healthy! Im stoked!

I'm glad all is well, I was wondering about this thread and how things were going when I came across it earlier.

Regarding your pictures being sideways... Do you do the "remove all personal data" thingy with windows? I found that any pictures that were taken portrait style would always be sideways after the data removal. To remedy that I open them up in MS Paint and just hit save and then the picture will stay right side up.

At least if that is what that is coming from...

Good job on getting the seeds to germinate though!

Windows? I thought they went out of business. Come on, join the rest of us in the future

Actually just heard yesterday that Bill Gates is once again the worlds richest with some 70 billion...im a close second though.

I hear ya boss but in the future, pictures are right side up.

On that note, I loathe Windows 8.

I loathe almost everything having to do with consumer electronics, the main exception being this site. I think the internet as an idea has such tremendous potential for uplifting mankind that its just that much more upsetting to see it get devoured by corporate interests.

Yep, the future includes right side up pictures. Several are almost finished uploading as I jabber.

I check back in this thread every now and then. What a cool story. Europe 72 is by far my favorite dead era. I could go on and on about dark stars from that tour like that dark star > jack straw > dark star.

Anyway good luck I really can't wait to see what happens. I hope you have some proven pollen and share the love. If you can find pollen that is neutral, I.e keeps most of the female traits that would be sweet!

Thanks for checking in snooze. We are not sure what sex this plant is yet, it may produce pollen itself, if that's the case then I'll pollenate lots of stuff including the most stable lines I can find. I can't remember without looking what age the original plant was when it showed preflowers.

Well, sorry to post this photo, but I need some advice. The plant is looking very poor, obviously.

I think its a pH problem and I flushed/repotted, it is actually looking better than a day or two ago but still scary.

I know its a far cry from this specimen, but maybe it will come back with some health...

If you just potted it up into some fresh soil then it should be fine if it was some deficiency issues.

My other guess would be if you are over watering. I know when I transplant I soak the ever lovin' shit out of the soil to make sure that there aren't any dry pockets. It will take several days for the soil to dry out and have the plant use it all but after the initial soaking I just do the weight test by picking up the pot to see if they plant needs water or not. I would ere on being too dry over being too wet. The plant will begin to tell you if they are getting thirsty. Otherwise just leave them to their own devices and chances are it will come 'round.
