Forgot to harden off my seedlings question

Hello friends, recently i threw my 1 foot seedling outside in direct light and didn't harden them off first. After 3 days of being under straight sun a few leafs began to whiten up a bit, and looked like a nitrogen deffeciency but i think it was just shock? Ever since they have only been getting about 6 hours of straight sunlight they are still outside just under the over hang and is shady after the 6 hours. Will it be ok to put them back under direct sunlight? its been close to a week now. They were started under t-5's and were transplanted into 1.5 gallon containers after that went under a 600 watt hps for a few weeks... I know the first thing someone will mention is why not a halide bulb, its cause thats all i had to work with. Thanks

What was the light schedule when they were under T5's, then the HPS. I have my seedlings under 24 hours of light as of 3/28 (when I sowed the first of my seeds all the way to 4/17. Just sowed more seeds cause of my cat.) I will be switching the light to 18/6 tomorrow 4/20. Then to 16/8 a couple weeks before final transplant. I've never had to harden off seeds before so im sure I will be in the same boat as yourself. almost though of building a makeshift hoophouse and getting these badboys at my local cosco. Good Deal?

I like to keep things real simple stupid, im not sure what the ph is haven't checked. our water is filtered so its probably pretty neutral. Last time i checked any ph was when we did ebb and flow indoors. Outdoor temps were low mid 80's for a couple days of straight sun, we soaked the seeds on March 1st in H20, so i guess they are a month and 2 weeks when i posted this? I think they just got a little fried i watered them pretty good the morning of putting them in direct sunlight and it was close to 85 degrees outside. My watering is pretty simple Nutes, Tea, Water, I didn't give any nutes to them till they were descent size and after transplanting from a little peat pot to a 1.9 gallon container sorry i said 1.5 in my first post. They are in 420 soil from North County Bounty that has all types of good shit in it, i also added a bit of worm gold plus and some powdered growilla veg. from Botanicare that is 5-4-2 i believe. Its all the same recipe i did in my outdoor garden last year
