Check out www.alibaba.com <---Factory Direct. Found them the other night. I thought that ballasts were cheap on eBay. I'm buying from the factory

Maybe I missed the part where the average individual can order an item or two
Looks like factory direct from China with minimum orders in the hundreds.

Without a doubt they were the most professional people I've had the pleasure of ordering through.
The package went out in hours, I was provided with a tracking number, and when I received it I was pleased to see everything was very stealth (they covered any marking with paper or tape/stickers). I ordered a hood and light bulbs, so the potential for breakage was high. They filled everything with absorbing material and I was thoroughly impressed with it all.

12345 - if you ask around on there, you'll find a manufacturer that will sell you a "Sample". Single orders as well. They mark it as a sample so you don't pay tariff.

JC - Thanks for the tip. The lady I corresponded with in China was willing to ship worldwide.
