Foliar Feeding... what ferts?

I plan on starting foliar feeding my plants with a dilution of something like 1tsp of fert per gallon distilled water....

Anyway the ferts i have to work with a FF Grow Big, Big Bloom, and TigerBloom and also Alaskan Moore Bloom [0-10-10].... Im in the first week of flower and was wondering what fert would be best to supplement my plants with via some foliar feeding? Am i looking for a fert high in N, P or K? or a combo of 2? Also if 1tsp is too strong what would u recommend?

I am using Bio-Grow (4-1-1) and Organa-Add (2-0-0) for foliar feeding.
I haven't started using them yet since mine are still so young so I can't really give a report.
But I've heard good things.

i had some big bloom and thought it was worthless as a fert but did somewhat ok as a foliar spray. didnt ever measure its weak stuff and u can put a tablespoon give or take per half gallon. since your flowering spray the fan leaves only.

since this is a foliar feeding thread. what if any are the benefits of foliar feeding if any? do you do this in conjunction with the normal fertilizing of your medium or in lieu of?

i use neptunes harvest organic seaweed fert a few times during veg and maybe once during the grow I will crush half an aspirin and mix it with water and use that.

I dont foliar feednever found a need to, use good ferts and you can do fine,if you have a mag defeciency foliar spray with a skosh of epsom is all I'd ever put on my plants leaves.If you do foliar feed however the best time is supposed to be shortly after the lights come on and the stomata open,I'd feed out of direct HID light also and replace when leaves dry
