So i want to know if can tie down (a little) some branches during the stretching (?) ... so this way my plant will be more bushy.

Yep you sure can. Be careful though some branches will strengthen and toughen up to take the weight of the future buds and will become more brittle.

As a suggestion, you might get some pipe cleaners for your restraints. You can pick up a bag with a bunch for like $3-$5 and they're great about being gentle on wherever you put them. Plus the fact that they're super bendy and can be done with one hand is a bonus.
