C'mon dude, you can hold it that long can't you? lol. I'm thinking you oughta be ok on the Widow but it is gonna stretch... a lot probably.
I grow in a closet in an unused bedroom. Or at least that's the way I've been growing. Moving my office out of that bedroom to another so I'm going to pull the main grow out into the middle of the bedroom and use that for flower. Multiple trays for different grows. I'll then use the closet for moms/clones/seedlings and I've got an 8 bulb T5 fixture plus a 250w cfl I'll use for the mom/clone room.
The whole extra bedroom is sealed off from the rest of the house and I use a window a/c. The walls of the closet are where I put my intakes and exhausts. Way I'm looking at it, I shouldn't have to change a thing. I can still pull air through the closet to give those plants some fresh air and I can put my filter in the floor of the bedroom with a fan on top. I'll probably take the ducting off my lights as I shouldn't need it when I pull the lights into the center of the room. They have been drawing in air and exhausting it back out into that rooom anyway and the window unit kept things just right.
You're probably going to have to come up with another arrangement for the plants in the cabinet. They're going to need better air than what they're currently getting in that cab. Or you can install some small fans to move some air through the thing.
