Flourescent lighting questions

hey, so after looking aorund online I have been think of a flourescent veg chamber with a 400 watt hps flowering chamber. But due to a series of major bust in my area the police are really crakin' down. They have even gone and got a thermal imaging camera hooked up to a helicopter now.

so after looking at a buddys set up with a hps, i found out that they perduce quiet a bit of heat on them. my question is can i successfully flower a few 5-10 plat with four 4' flourescent tube lights?????


Any advice or shared expirence would be greatly appreciated

a 400 watt hps can be thermally concealed pretty easily, that is not much power/heat
there are threads that do give details, but a 400w should be very doable
