Last couple of days before my return to the UK.

May be asking for a transfer back to the evil empire. 5+ years in england may be enough. My mum is in her final years and I should spend more time with her.

Noticing how warm it is here. Was thinking that outdoor grows should be in full swing down in the swamp regions.

Noticed that there are more helicopter fly overs since last year...any reason for this...or it is just a function of my neighborhood.

Also noticed that there are a lot more homeless people wandering around. Was in St. Pete and there was lots of them.

Today I went by a new spot I had picked for a guerilla grow this year only to find heavy equipment clearing the land for some commercial purpose.

There isn't much of this state left that isn't already under development or targeted for future use.

OK my friends, Here we go again. I have been to busy with my Room and not been able to get On to Much. The Room is all Fu--ed Up. The White Fly's Took over and I went Crazy trying to get them under Control. I Tryed It All-Bombing-Fogging-Spraying-Triming all Ege Bearing Leaf's Off ALL WAS TO MUCH TO FAST I feal like such A Dumb ASS I lost the whole room in Two weeks. I am so Pissed at my self. So I am stripping every thing out of the Room and starting all over with New Bug Free Girls and A New way to Grow.
For over two years now I have been growing Vert with two Foot Girls, Did ok with them but I need More, So Im Going Flat With Flood and Drain. I will be trying to get at least four foot girls with about 2 Month's of Veg Time and Top Trimming to get lots of Big Tops.

So as I do the new Build I will get pixs Posted for Advice and Input from all of you here I hope this will be A Good year here with my South Room, By the way my son in the North Room will be Getting on here with his Own Tread So I Will Post His Tread on here when he get it up and Running.

Hey y'all, here's a Good News story for us, for once!

From Pinellas County (Tampa Bay) today!

CLEARWATER --

A third narcotics deputy caught up in an internal affairs investigation within the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has resigned.

According to Bay News 9's partner paper, the Tampa Bay Times, Paul Giovannoni, 31, turned in his badge on Friday. Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said his resignation came after reading evidence collected against him in the investigation.

Detective Michael Sciarrino and Sgt. Christopher Taylor already resigned earlier this week.

The three men apparently pursued marijuana growers by monitoring a Largo hydroponics store. Investigators said the three men arrested dozens of customers. A surveillance camera captured the customers' auto tag numbers, then deputies secured search warrants and raided houses.

They are accused of trespassing to get the evidence needed to make the arrests. The detectives said in their search warrants that they could smell marijuana from public sidewalks or neighbors' yards, but defense attorneys said they believe the detectives trespassed.

Gualtieri has declined to provide details of the allegations, as more deputies still face possible disciplinary action in related cases.suspected the detectives were actually trespassing to get up close to houses.

Well you're right...the story really isn't "Good News" except that I'm pretty jazzed that the sheriff's ofc is publicly owning up to previous wrong behavior regarding pot-related busts & actually doing something about it. It seems like a bolt out of the blue....dare I get a bit hopeful for our future in FL???

Trust me, the only reason they are owning up to it is that they were caught, its not like they turned themselves in. also notice the sheriffs office refused to provide further details as more officers were being investigated, this way they can let them RESIGN, fucking assholes, we cannot resign if busted.
Even though they were caught, it is not gonna make all the problems for people that they created go away, your life is never the same, even if thrown out of court later.

Excuse me while I spit some venom;
Good for these dirty rotting peace of shit pigs. I knew FOR YEARS that they were dirty. I even posted here saying all it is gonna take is for one of these growers to hire an attorney who puts up a fight rather than take a plea bargain.
If I had to guess how these pigs got caught, one of these growers had a security camera set up on their property and it showed the pigs walking up to the house and sniffing around while the pigs "report" said they smelled it from the sidewalk. Just my guess..
Either way, it's always a good day when dirty cops get caught.

It all started after an officer took the 5th when asked by a defense attorney if he had ever witnesed any other officers trespass while investigating marijuana grows.


Thats "admission" got the ball rolling with local paper and what not.






One grower who's case was dropped later said he had someone jumping over his fence on security cam and was deleted by police after the raid.


I read in some of the stories that a guy was busted 14 years ago after police saw him at worms.way. To get a warrant the cop was caught calling in his own "tip" and the case was dropped because of that.


Hopefully this negative attention and media scrutiny on the department will have an affect on how cops persue growers....maybe they back off a bit who knows.

Cheerful broke the story here first and there are plenty more ugly details if you just search for "Pinellas County Sheriff" but the potentially more interesting angle is the upcoming election.

The incumbent sheriff is an appointee, hand picked by the retiring sheriff and he only started reacting after the Tampa Bay Times published a Sunday piece involving illegal surveillance on a local hydroponic store.

After a couple more stories detailing the superhuman olfactory senses of these fine peace officers (they found a senile old judge to sign warrants based on their sworn testimony that they could stand on the sidewalk in front of a house and "smell" the weed being grown inside) he's been backpedaling and handing out decisive discipline (i.e. allowing resignations) and campaigning his ass off for re-election.

Now low and behold, who steps out of the shadows to challenge him in the upcoming election? Good ol Boss Hawg himself, Everett Rice.

Search that name - gives you plenty of reasons not to cross the bridge into Pinellas if you don't have to.
