Can they charge you with oil in florida?
I been thinking that maybe having oil in florida is the smartest way to smoke pot or carry pot... It seems like they aren't sophisticated enough or have info on oil and stuff to be able to charge people in court with it....
When i lived in Florida I run a Magic mushroom Chocolate bar company because its legal to posses fresh mushrooms if i was to get cough growing them I could have won in court... no way they could keep fresh grown mushrooms in evidence room or be able to tell what mushroom is what in my opinion I could have said that i was growing edibles and a spore from outside got in with out my knowlage.
Plush mushrooms aren't a cash crop as they call em.
I also grew a lot of pot in the sunshine state and if it was ever to be legal or medical I would go back in a heart beat.

Rookie cop turns in two colleagues who went into grow house without a warrant

what gets me is if the school resource officer hadnt told the truth then in court there is NO way that the jury would believe that the defendants door was shut/locked b/c they almost always believe the cops over an individual charged w/ felonies.

these 2 cops should never be allowed to be in the position of having the ability to arrest someone or investigate a possible crime b/c its proven that they will COMMITT FELONIES to secure evidence on a hunch.

how much $$$ is wasted prosecuting a criminal case in which the the officers illegally collected evidence.

this story is why i have come to HATE LEO, they go overboard and break the law themselves and lying is a common tactic used to try and confirm one of their over zealous hunches.

growing and consuming Cannabis is the only thing i do that is against the law and its a shame that b/c of it i avoid contact with leo or the like.


and for the school resource officer, i bet he was denied a position on the police force and this is his way to get back. there will be 2 openings now..........can anyone smell a job promotion?

I ordered 6 feminized Fast Bud Autos yesterday. I plan on growing them outdoors and germing them as soon as they get here. I'll be using Fox Farm soil and nutes. Will probably start them in party cups and transplant them into 3gal pots. I'm debating on whether to keep the pots above ground or dig a hole and put the pot in the ground. I don't think I'll stick the plant directly in the ground, since the dirt around here is more like clay/sand. My only worry is we have got alot of rabbits and turtles around here. Also, not alot of greenery to disguise the plants. I'll post pictures as my grow goes along

k4rts- it's really your personal preference if you dig hole for the pots obviously they will be more disguised and look alot more natural than just placing them above ground. It's all in how much work your willin to put in. I would personally dig a good 2'x2' hole 18" down in the ground and line it with your typical garden liner that you buy at homedepot or lowes or also you could just get a bunch of trash bag 30 gal. or so and fill that with your ffof soil in your pre dug holes at the size of your choosing. The bigger the pot the better 3'x3' hole would be optimum but like i said its all in how much your willin to do or can do. Good luck be smart about it.

ive read some good info in the outdoor forum discussing good cover plants as well as plants that deter animals.

ive read where people will use some chicken wire or a more sturdy wire fence used to contain hogs. they will surround their baby plants with the wire cage keeping small animals out while allowing the plant to grow through. oh, make sure you wire tie the top of the cage closed to keep deer and the like away.

if you bury the 5 gal bucket then the plant will be less likely to blow over in high winds.

Wos up in Florida, trying to stay green this winter - haven't smoked in a while & the seeds I got in July didn't make it so I ran a quick veg from oct-dec moved outdoors dec-feb for 12/12. Picked up a Ketama Xaoen for narcotic grade/ drought resistance and Morocco's legacy in the riff's. Went ok with the hot/cold transitions, I can't say the same for blueberry gum - she's getting revegged tho hopefully some bubblegum will be here for the summer.

@ 50 days and the buds are still swelling, Temps are back up to 70-80* with no signs of deficiencies. Trichs/pistils aren't looking done and I haven't fed her at all (per recommendation) Local sandy rocky soil moved up to air pot style in coco before going in the ground. Should I try feeding her some bloom food before a quick flush? Not really sure what these two are, they were gifted cuts from a friend of a friend of a - well you get the idea. One was labeled Purple and the other was labeled Euro Hybrid.

The purple cut is unremarkable in every way and this is the last of it. the Euro hybrid is special - a sweet fruity aroma and a wonderful buzz - a great combination of mind and body stone.

I have several Euro Hybrid mothers as I don't want to risk losing this strain, and just for curiosity sake, I crossed both of these plants with a beautiful male Kush so I'll be playing with that seed stock next year.

The only GF Ive ever grown out was Chimera's Grapefruit x Blueberry.....mostly Indica I believe.

This GFHaze looks like it's mostly indica, very thick growth with wide, thick flowers - not at all what I thought it was going to be based on the seed vendor's description.

Best news is that I have 1 male and 1 female so some seed is assured and I have at least 4 rooted clones of the female so I have some Mum material for next year if the seeds prove to not be viable and if they are, then I think all I have to do is find a male to back cross with one of the female clones and stabilize the seed stock.

Anybody out there with breeding experience to confirm this strategy or am I just talking noise here? I've never really crossed good genetics before so all I have to bank on is my stoned memory of all the things I've read on Overgrow and ICMag in the past. . . .

TAMPA - Two men are accused of growing 425 pounds of marijuana with a street value of about $1.2 million.

Yusvaldisneis Osorio, 32, and Jose Valdes, 43, were arrested Tuesday, the sheriff's office said. They face charges including trafficking in marijuana and maintaining a residence for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana.

The men were connected to five marijuana grow houses in Tampa, deputies said.

In January, investigators discovered grow houses at 4115 Comanche Ave. and 11658 Sunshine Pond Road.

They searched three other houses Tuesday: 10106 Wheatley Hills Court; 10761 Glen Ellen Drive; and 2703 W. Crenshaw Ave.

Deputies said they found marijuana plants at four of the properties and evidence of a grow house at the fift

Personally, I would be to cautious (yep frightened too) to ever take a partner in a large grow...cause I can't control others when I ain't around.

But I could see myself rotating houses everyday...like some cannabis polygamist. And by the time I hooked up all the cctv I would know if a cop farted within two blocks...those electronics are now within consume reach.

Lone gunman theory seems to be the only way large scale works for me...with the possible exception of a one and done scenario...with the right party...and I don't trust anyone that much except my mother.

Last night harvest of motivation and chronic at day 54. Gave all the motivation to a friend (after a taste) and the chronic (low odour) is curing in a dresser drawer. Will return to tumbleweed for sure...but if I put it in a jar it will mold it is so fresh. But at least I will be returning to something to smoke.

start my days at 4AM (9AM UK Time) with a customer call for 30-60 minutes. Welcome to my hell....but at least I will be warmer and will get to see my feuding family.
