That kid who got busted for posting pics, whats ridiculous is that the pigs went thru all that and it's just a misdemeanor. If they found any serious weight they woulda glorified the shit out of it. They found a single plant and some packaged weed and some loose bud and paraphernalia. What a complete waste of taxpayer money.
The other dude, well, he got that much time because of the Racketeering charge. See, possessing/selling more than 25 pds is one thing, throw in the Racketeering charges and the price of poontang just went up. Anything that has an icluded offense of Racketeering will add more time. Hence the harsher sentences.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Think about that.
I only grow as much as I'm willing to go to jail for. I'm not willing to go away for Racketeering so I stay away from situations like that.

what suprise's me bout the kids case is that he got ratted on and the rat showed the pics on the site to the cops so they got a warrent on a rats word that the grow on the site was the kids? ima havta start makin up handles and takin pics of and around pigs/politicans houses mixd in with some nug shots and then start flooding the tip line with there name and handle on "a grow site" and funny oders from there house think it will get there doors kicked in

Fo sho toasted, it's ridiculous time any way you slice it. Racketeering aside, it's still fuckin plants were talking about! And the FACT that child molesters get far less time on average, THATS the real crime.
Every day I see on the news how bad the child predators are down here and how nothing is being done about it. And then I read about the countless MJ busts and it makes me sick to my stomach.
I have 2 kids, 3 y/o girl and a 5 y/old boy and it's a crime that the state I live in and PAY TAXES IN puts more resources into busting pot growers than in protect OUR kids.
As an aside, two weeks ago they were having "Drug and Alcohol awareness week" in my sons school. I kept him outta school for that whole week, OGH knows about it. I refuse to let my kid have his mind poisoned by the propaganda. That was my form of protest. It's not much, but what I can do is make sure their are two less people in the world that are gonna be blinded by this stupid war on drugs, my kids.

The Rico act was because he was running several grow houses and had people working for him, thus an ORGANIZED crime.
I don't see anything in the article saying he was Mafia, only implying that he ran his operation like a mafioso.
It's pitiful when officials have to resort to calling someone by the name of a Mafia Don in order to justify giving him so much time.
The dude had a great operation going until they busted a few houses and realized that all the houses were being run by one person, then they went after him with both barrels.
I'm sure he knew he'd be facing a lot of time if he ever got caught, so the risk must've been worth it to him.

Yeh south florida is fuckin crazy wit this shit....I lived in Broward County and it is fucking nasty. Its because illegals cant get insurance, so they have back door clinics...because those sick people need medicine too. They actually sell it per pill like drug dealers. They just take advantage of these walk in clinics and doctor shop because they can. There should be a cap on prescription distribution. Fucking ridiculous.
Prescription meds = America's Muzzle . PERIOD .

their stuff is the mainstream $350 an oz crap that FL is flooded with. i was so happy when i moved because i thought i was going to get some aweosme quality green at $350. WRONG, pure crap. but raw coke or oxys, hell 800-1000oz or $10 a pill for a roxy 30 is always possible

and ill say it again, the guy ran a good organization, when its run like that, all they can get you on is racketeering. i almost guarantee he was suspected in ordering murders, but they cant prove shit. fuck, they only found out about his gang AFTER houses got raided. that proves they knew NOTHING of his organization before hand. i think 2010 something will go in effect to monitor doctor shopping and getting RX's. won't be effective until 2011.
i know a few people who get 300 30mg oxys a month. thats $3000, on the cheap, or $4000, on the real. hell, up north they go for $1 a mg. they pay $100 or less to fill it. without insurance an oxy 30 costs $1 form a pain clinic, and can sell easy for $15 here, or $30 up north

Hey Toasted, I can tell you what I've learned, and hopefully the gent who gifted me with her will chime in as he has done her outdoor too.

I just took down one schanzz this week (not the pictured one) which I had topped once and put into flower at about 10" under a 600hps. On exactly day 60 she was done, with the most rock hard buds I've EVER seen grown by me She finished at about 26" with the two main colas barely able to support their own weight. Stinky in a very unique way...and sticky as a muther.

I did see her run outdoors and recall a 4+ footer with a QP easy.

It is a wonderful body numbing indica, but doesn't put you to sleep too quick until you have overdone it. Takes away all the aches and pains while leaving your head feeling creative, yet very relaxed. I deal with anxiety/panic and this doesn't seem to bring on any uncomfortable feelings like you can get with a racy sativa.

She is roughly 25-30% amber on day 60, could most likely be pulled at 52-55 for a more uppity rush style buzz.
