I can't wait to grow some new seeds that I made. Been a min. In the meantime, I just put a Kosher Dogshit(Kosher Kush x Strawberry Dogshit) into flower. Super excited because by looks alone, it seems to be a hybrid 50/50 pheno. Some big fat OG stinking buds sound excellent. Then I have a White Lemon x Strawberry Dogshit on deck as well as an Acid x Strawberry Dogshit.

Buckets, yeah I've got Malawi's ... my psuedotropheus demasoni (my fav.) got killed a month ago... but, I have a breeding trio of Melanochromis maingano/cyaneorhabdos one big male with two non-related females that have spit two broods of fry each... I drove to Daytona to get the one real dark female.
A couple of cobalt zebra, I had three but the two cobalt females killed the male ... it was brutal, I watched the whole thing. a couple of labidochromis mbamba and caeruleus ( those are the peaceful ones), a big a hornet cichlid I named Bacon who eats all the slow moving fry... all together I have about 13-15 fish in a 90 gallon pre-drilled All-Glass ... I started with over 20. My demasoni had at least three bodies on him until he got whacked. they are aggressive af. like little swimming a-holes. Forgot to mention my Labeotropheus trewavasae `marmalade cat`... he was a lucky find, I was looking at the lfs and saw this blue looking OB. the store dude said that that one was a tough little guy ever since he brought him in but he looked a little skinny to me. so I got him and took him home... read about the breed and then tryed to sex him... when I saw he was a male I was like no way because those things are like super rare... so I bought him a female OB trewavasae to play with but she got killed and now he's all by himself... he can hold his own in the tank pretty good despite how cool he looks. He looks almost as cool as one of Bugman's koi. I haven't had this tank for long though. since March of last year. It's pretty much a new hobby for me.

Yes the GSC s1 ,it was two plants ,but i will never grow shit together again. They were both in a rubbermaid,and the big plant took over the other one. So i had one plant that basically didnt do much it was all on one big plant basically.
I guess thats the most valuable lesson i have learned so far, give your plant enough branching space.i can get the same yield if not better with one plant than two cramped ones.putting two in the rubbermaid was a big mistake.im using individual buckets from now on

you mean the infamous "daytona aquarium "....does the dude gary i think his name was,still run the joint,he was all into the lord and.god and what not...think they used to have a smelly ass dog there as well...does he still have that decent.sized.show tank,with a little of EVERYTHING in there....im talking a decent ways back in the day....
ill put it this way,....not sure how much you know about Tangs....but like i said i was a TROPHEUS JUNKIE!!!! i would spend 45-50 a pop on just a single 3-4in tropheus sometimes...put it this way,when i showed up there(and back then it was frequent,and he had the REAL SHIT,not many other shops did,and it was a little bit of a drive for me...) ive been so much,i literally woukd get a bucket and a net,and he let me be,and id catch me own shit...thats how much he knew I KNEW what was up...spent alot of $$$ on TROPHEUS before i really knew whats up...
then after that,i got in good with my local fish store,then it was CURTAINS...coba you would OF FUCKING SHIT YA SELF...i then had access to going along with local fish store,over to MIKES CICHLIDS (sort of.close to daytona aquarium)...but dude this guy WAS THE SUPPLIER for ALL LOCAL FISH STOREZ in the area....i mean he had a entire beat up old house,with ALL SORTS OF REAL BAD ASS SHIT...all fucking sorts of tangs...AND LOTS OF.TROPHEUS,i was fucking in heaven...and on top of that..he had 3-4 green houses,that had "cinder block vats"made out.for.tanks,those were where he kept his breeders...UNFUCKING REAL...im talk hand size TROPHEUS,never seen that many at one time that big...fuckin sick,i was flabber gastued...then when you would walk back into the beat up house where he housed most of the juveniles you could just pic whatever ya wanted...AND.GET IT COST...i was getting 14-16-18 juvi tropheus at once for 8$ a fucking pop...and these are 2-3in fish maybe a little bigger...where if ya bought them from a shop,those 14-16-18 fish that size are gonna.cost ya..18-20-25 a piece,yeap that much for those back then...needless to say, i was buying the shit out of em...everytime the shop owner woukd travel up, i would go as well and.score another coloney of tropheus...i had over 10 tanks going at once..8-55s a 90 a 125 two30s(long) had my shell dwellers and calvus and compressiceps in those. and other little tanks also...i was into big... cause like i said, the shop owner woukd get the fish from mikes for his place...he was the main suppiler for local shops...I WAS IN HEAVEN...getting all theze killer fish,for 75% less then any fuckin place around...and i didnt have to worry about them going from tank to tank...just from his to mine...hell ive ordered from,blue chips,fry babies,another place outta Tennessee i cant recall right now...hell theres even aqua bid,thats even a cool site..im gonna have to dig up some pics...i think ive rambled enough...haha
as you can tell i love me.some tropheus...lol

I do like my mbuna though... they're cool looking and maybe good for beginners... they'd make me think hard about a species list for stocking a new tank for sure. I'd hate to spend $35-50 for a bunch of floating dead bodies ... naw sayn'
