Just thought I would share with ya fellas ,

this little thingy has caused me pain and misery for a week now...just passed this fucker and all is well.

bottom is a grain of rice and top is the calcium stone that just popped out of my jaw and into my mouth....followed by about a quart of spit that had been backed up. stone forms and clogs salivary duct so then saliva has nowhere to go.
