so after you press the buds can those buds be used for and thing else? AVB (already vaped bud) Kinda sorta? Ive herd of people blasting the pressed buds for bho and just smoking the buds.....

Yes you can make edibles outta of your squished bud. They are decarbed and all that jazz
For me flower rosin lacks terps. Bubble rosin is good. But when I'm out you bet I squish those buds

Just a stand by in the stable...a grapefruit sort of strain,have had it 4ever,super tight hard buds,and the smoke is straight up KILL...so she sticks around..
That pic vegging in the middle of those is a grape stomper cross(dont remember off the top of me head)..but she gettin ready to get snipped and thrown into FLW,wouldnt wanna have to re Veg if she turns out fire....time shall tell...

i appreciate the kind words but im no heavy hitter...heavy toker, yes. i still have much to learn and i wish all my harvest were killer but the reality is they are not. life gets in the way, equipment failures and forgetting to document things all have hit me this harvest and my In The Pines are looking rough as a result. good thing i have another flower tent that just got harvested and they had no problems.
im embarrassed to post a pic of the beat up ITP's but i got pics yesterday so here they are.
they all smell amazingly sweet w/the pineapple coming on. they still have over 30d left in flower.

After you press the buds, you end up with Rosin Chips as we call them. You can hold them under some light and get a glare where there is oil still left, it will be all shiny. If you have a really good press, you can get almost ALL the oil out like I do now a days. If I re-press, I might get a little bit, but it will be dark and won't have the flavor of the first press.
Pro Tip: Never mix 1st and 2nd pressings or it will ALL taste like the 2nd pressing.
So, what do you do with them? I personally put them in a crock pot with some coconut oil, extract it out and then put that into capsules. This is similar to using ABV (Already Been Vaped) material from a Volcano or other vaporizer.

You must be pressing too hot and burning off the terpenes then, flat out. I press at 190F. Terpenes start to boil at 190F, so there's no way I will burn them all off and my rosin is gaurenteed to be the most flavorful thing you've ever tasted
Never had anyone ever say they've had something better tasting. I personally have never pressed bubble hash into rosin, but I have friends that do and I'm not a fan of the taste for the same reason you said. I think they press too hot, but I also think the flavor is different. That said, it 100% depends on the starting material. Bad in, Bad out. Your Rosin should taste and smell like a super concentrated version of what you smell when you stick your nose in the jar after it's cured.

Life has gotten in the way it happens to us all, Im now 2 weeks late starting my veg cycle because i suck at construction type things, like finishing out my new flower room!
OK Listen there are about 15 people on IC MAG that i have a lot of respect for! get over it you're one of them! My explanation is simple here are my reasons
1. you always post pictures and let us know whats going on in your grow.
2. I have yet to see you giving bad advise
3. when you do give advise its in a compassionate way and On Point
4. you're willingness to try and help a rookie like me just because you want to see me do good....
So if you called yourself a Heavy Hitter then your just an arrogant ass!

Yea about 15 or so people on the Mag have been so helpful, Yea saying Thank You very much your all awesome people somehow falls short.... I know i wouldn't be just a few days from Kicking off my first large grow without you guys! The support, Advise and Encouragement all of you provide me with is absolutely invaluable. Thanks Aspenou, I'm a long time outdoor grower - dirt and shit everywhere. Learned VERY quickly the benefit of keeping the space clean and tidy all the time.
I had spider mites in there last time so I've been spraying with a combination of essential rosemary, peppermint and lavender oils and I heat cycled it twice so hopefully the space has been decontaminated.
When bugs have no natural predators (like they do outside) they can just explode inside. Will know shortly if I've got a handle on it but things are looking good so far.
