It will basically be a new plant growing out from where the buds at..only plus about takeing them a little later on in flower(my opinion) is once they do finally kick in and start the veg again,they seem to get way more bush like...

Since the law for medical has passed..... what does this mean for us growers? If we have this medical card, will this allow for us to grow our own or just allow us to buy it?? Either way, it's a step in the right direction for Florida!!

No provision for growing. Law says have to buy from the approved dispensaries.
They still have to legislate the regulations on how to get card. They have 9 months to begin handing out cards I believe I read.
