Hey there AL & OGH :tiphat:

Here is one of four plants in my flower tent. Bred by Mountain Organics, The One BC1 at day 32 flower. Breeder description is:

The One BC1 = TO x TOVR

The One:* 1976 Highland Thai x 1971 Kandahar Afghani.* A balanced yet potent F1 landrace hybrid from 1984.

The One x Velvet Rush (TOVR): Velvet Rush is a similar cross as T.O. From the same era - Highland Blue Thai x Afghani #1 - but is extremely Thai dominant in every respect.* Having been crossed with TO you end up with extremely vigorous, fast growing plants with the dense, resinous flowers of TO and an enhanced thai/sativa affect from the VR.

Looking good there DP.

Here's my bud porn. Amnesia X Triangle Trip at 64 days.

After using Maxi-bloom successfully in my veggie garden last year and reading all the fans in the K.I.S.S. thread, I decided to do a side by side. I ran the first 2 bays in the new room same as always with GH 3 part in Lucas formula. When I started the third bay I used Maxi-bloom. Bud set was faster and growth has been phenomenal. I'm hooked. It is a bit of a pain to dissolve before adding to the res but growth and price are right up my alley. Have not needed Cal/Mag with it either. Noticed is has higher sulphur content as well.

These are at day 20 on Maxi bloom.

DP, that Swordfish sure looks yummy! I need to familiarize myself with that strain.....

RR, I am switching to organic soil runs for plants to be harvested for consumption but also am switching back to Maxi-Bloom from V&B for seed runs. Definitely not worth the extra $.

Soil of any type is just too much work for me, otherwise I wouldn't mind trying organic soil. After so many back surgeries, lifting pots full of soil and bending over hand watering just doesn't work for me. That's why after all my initial research I opted for DIY flood and drain. Cheap, easy and almost idiot proof.

It's closer than you think, not that hard to find and well worth it.

The sad part was those plants got hammered by the heat wave we had down here the last 2 weeks. I went out of town for 36 hours and stuff in 5 gallons pots was torched.

Thanks unreg. It's not perfect but I'll take .7g/w on the first run in the new room. I just changed nutrients as well. The third bay I loaded up is running straight Maxi-bloom dry nutes and so far it is outpacing Lucas Formula with GH nutrients by a long way so I'm expecting that harvest to be even better. Will know in another 45 days.

Difference between Lucas Formula and Maxi-bloom. First picture is Lucas Formula at 30 days second is Maxi-bloom at 26 days. Same room same lights same genetics.

Well I'm really liking the straight Maxi-bloom dry fert. These are at 30 days and are probably the healthiest plants I've grown. Bud set was faster and they are trying to turn into one solid cola the nodes are so close. Won't be going back to Lucas formula at this rate.
