They got the deer running like hell in the swamp:biggrin:

Dogs and ATVs all around me..Had to take some a lil early, and also took care of the last ones out..These had no water.Just planted in the ground..Gonna look real good about thanksgiving:woohoo:..

This makes all the work worth it.. Yall stay safe and be careful!! We still WAY behind the real world..Never mattered to me:moon:..I feel for those who are forced to do what we do and the risk we take every day..Peace yall <<ws>>

Edit: Unreg,,I would hit her with a high nitrogen and not cut any more away,.She starting to revert .Just might take awhile. ..Good luck..
Wolfshadoe,
I been wondering what you do for soil amending or if you mix up a potting soil. I have that Myakka soil '( sandy) i think it may have nutes in it but gonna get the ph tested. Sure save me a lot of work to till up a little lime or sulfur along with WC. What is your preferred method?

Damn yall!!!

Damn yall!!!

WOW!!!:woohoo:

Man you guys are slamming them:dance013:

HB: That is VERY impressive.. A master at his skill!!
RR:..Holy shit!! Them babies are READY!!!..Lots of goodness there!!

Beanzy..My dirt out here is MAGIC dirt:biggrin:..I don't add anything.
That aint soil down there..Its sand..Means lots of water/weak plants.No way around that..Only thing you can do is tote in soil{sucks!}
OR,,,,You can plant y plants in 3 gal pots and plant pot and all in ground, and feeder roots will grow out the bottom. You can also take those gel water crystals and put in bottom of holes before you place the pots in ground..That river bank is good down there to
I plant on the high ridges the INDIANS lived on for thousands of years.
That soil could be packaged and sold as is!!! Its that good..Been growing in it for 35+ years..

Man!! After seeing all this I'm going BACK to growing school!!!
Peace Yall!! <<ws>>

You can't count on the afternoon thunderstorms any more, it seems like drought or deluge so I'm doing polymers, but doing some tests at spots for groundwater wicking too.
I am going to have a friend bring soil samples into the county extension for ph testing, to see how much line to mix in, I was going to put a little native myakka soil in with my carry in mix of various EWC, FFOF, mushroom compost , guano, azomite, coco etc.
Just for shits and giggles I'm putting some freebie seeds in tilled native with amendment as a test anyways. Has to be some nutes in the old muck too.
A guy tod me about swamp tubes and that has me interested.

Harvest time again. Hope I don't run out of room in the drying box. Almost half full already and still have all this to chop.
