Flood & Drain watering schedules? Plants looking a little droopy

I started training them two days ago, that's why they're bent over. I noticed during that light cycle they started drooping, so I cut them back from a 30 minute flood 4x a day during light hours to 15 minute flood 4x a day. No night floods. As of the dark cycle today, they're still really droopy. I set them for 15 minute floods 3x a day to start tomorrow, but I wanted to get your guys opinions on what a good schedule would be.

Started in 1.5" rockwool cubes and currently in hydroton. Let me know if you need any other info. Thanks for the help! :tiphat:

In veg I flood 3 times a day for 10 minutes. it takes 1 minute to fill.

In flower I flood 3 times with light on for 13 minutes and 1 during lights off for 13 minute, again with a 1 minute fill.

I am using sure to grow cubes and hydroton for media. The STG cubes stay moist. If I had just hydroton, i would adjust the number of times I flooded.

Sounds a lot closer to what I changed it to for the next light cycle, so I'll keep an eye on it tonight and see how they look :) I think 30 minutes 3 times a day was too long.

30 minutes 4 times a day, rather. It takes me a bit less than 5 minutes to fill so my table will be fully flooded for ~11 minutes before it starts to drain with my new schedule, 3 times per day.
