first with a greenhouse

No you can't see in from the top, because the fiberglass panels are just lik obscure glass.

The reason why I put my plants in a greenhouse is because i live about 2 miles away from a small local airport and I have a lot of small planes flying over my property evry day.

safe cheap and stealth. The only bad thing is that I started to early this year and my plants got to big to fast. I think I will start in mid May next year with only about 4 or 5 plants. First year learning experience. I am now looking forward to starting my indoor grows this winter.

It isn't hard to build a greenhouse. I will update my pics with a few of the outside so you can get a better idea of how I did it.

Forgive me if I get a little long winded , but here is a little history.

I started growing indoors 15 years ago. This is before the internet so everything was trial and error. I bought every grow guide available at the time and read them so much that the pages started falling out. Insider growers guide was my bible( the most info available at the time).

I started with flouros and did o.k. but I wasn't happy with my yields, so I saved some money and bought a 1000 watt MH and everything went crazy from there. I used soil for a while and then thought that I needed to try hydro. I started with a simple flood and drain system. Then added a R.O. filter, a P.h. meter and a PPM meter ( I forget what PPM meter it was). The hydro worked really well for about 10 years. Then I got married and we had a son, so the hydro was too much work and I decided to go back to basics and went back into soil. I bought a $5.oo moisture meter at H.D.and put all of my hydro stuff on the shelf.

I usually grow indoors from Nov. to the end of May ( that is when the outdoor temps make it impossible for me to grow indoors anymore). I was getting bored in the summer with nothing growing so I put a couple of White Widows out back in the summer 2 years ago. The results were amazing so I said I need to do this every summer. I live in the flight path of a small local airport and was afrid of tall the small aircraft flying over and seeing my plants so I decided to try and turn an old metal shed that I wasn't using into a greenhouse and this is what has happened.

Nice setup man !!! How does the bud smoke though using miracle grow dirt & chemical fertilizer that MG pre ferted dirt releases chem ferts constantly it'll turn good weed to beasters it's impossible to flush out come harvest time so your smokin' that stuff. IMHO u should try pro mix or Foxfarm ocean forest soil with extra perlite ORGANIC is the only way to grow to get a clean burning smoke with white/grey ash that tastes top- notch. The difference in the end product quality (Taste / Clean burning) is HUGELY noticeable Mg dirt is 3-4$ a bag the organic dirts are 20$ a bag u get what u pay for trust me.Peace Bm357 :joint:

The smoke is awesome . I stopped feedingh them m.g. about a month ago and switched to earth juice and pro blend. I flush my plants for about a week before harvest anyways and have awesome results.

I read an article on O.G. before where a kid said that his dad was a hippie in the 70's that grew herb all the time. His dad was abotanist and helped to develop M.G. for their herb. So I know how everyone feels about it , but it really does work.

Hey Dubmantx

It really isn't that hard at all. It just took a little thought and some hard work and there you have it.

Good luck and if you do build your own greenhouse post some pics so we can all see it.
