I'm not sure what you mean by pinching to make them stronger?
You should think about some support. A 100mm squares net is my choice. Individual plants can use them hoop things though. Or bamboo and cane joiners, with string and such. Some people use little yoyo's to tie them upwards.

When you flush a plant till it collapses, you are really not far from rot. It's tissue damage. That is not a healthy plant anymore. Letting leaves die that are within the damp environment of a fat bud is inviting problems.

I would need to look it up, but iirc that yellowing back up the leaves is P. The frames strength is P dependent. This says the plant could of grown for longer. Not should of, as that is your choice. It just could of.

I would have that down very soon. I don't think it will get any better. It's just hanging on. With mold threatening it.

The RH within them heads is very high. The plant is weak, so won't fight off infection. Some leafs sticking out are just about dead. Mush isn't far away.

Thanks for this post f-e. ^^^

I didn't know that, but it sure makes sense.
I don't think that I'm going to flush my plant at all.

Mazarilla top, this girl, i dunno its because it just have 4 branches or not, have that white spots that now i dont remember the name, that ones that would be a root, from the bottom all the way up to the middle of the 4 branches, maybe she just need a big pot for her, her sister doesnt have almost any of those spots even in the main stem

my skunk buds are drying and everything looks fine, i never get tired of seeing the trichs glowing with the flash and that sweet armpit smell is getting me my mouth watering..the rh is always between 50 and 58% day time and at night for now the weather is giving me 60 to 68% at night, the circulation is good so i think i will be good mold wise but im going to keep an eagle eye on them i dont want to screw this ones too

So one week have passed since i hang up my buds to dry and, i had bad luck..between the weather been giving my rainy days and a lot of rh in the 70%+, me watering too much my plant in the last days and a problem for a few hours with my ventilation, i found out 2 moldy buds and i catch them because of the smell..they were the biggest ones, i snapped them off and checked all of the others the most asseptic i could do and i yhink im good for now..after 2 hours i dont feel that bad smell again and the good armpit smell returned, i hope it doesnt spread to any of the others, lets pray, lesson to learn, thanks F-E for pointing me out about the mold and making me having an eagle eye on them.. im sad about the situation, but it could be much worse, i could have lost all of the harvest (if im not gona lose it in the future) and i learned something "new"

My autos are doing their thing but the Mazarilla is hungry, the Killer Mandarine show a bit of a excess of nutes but it is from almost 2 weeks ago..the mazarilla only show the defs where the light is stronger, i bumped the biobloom and calmag too, they are without biogrow by 1 week and a half by now and they are not complaining about it, so at least im saving somewhere..
20210706_013228.jpg

some killer mandarine tops wich are much more resinous compared to mazarilla, nice aromas from both tho..

Mazarilla tops, its not noticeable in the pics but besides the yellowing, she is showing dots on the affected leafs, not rusty/copper or white dots, darker dots, not dark but kinda very deep bluishgreen

Looking pretty nice in there Sampas92. That is one hairy strain for sure. The frost level is looking well. I grew some Alien Rift last round and it was a hairy strain as well. Hows the smoke on that auto or have you not ever grown it yet??
Have a great day. Peace, negative.

I think you had mold on the 2nd. The lower pic has some grey areas that are difficult to explain in any other way.

It's disheartening, but I'm sure you are over it by now. When I hang mine, I will chop individual nuggets out the side of larger buds, to ensure airflow. Mold usually starts from within, so the spore has been there since the bud formed. Just waiting. I have had plants that I had to chop the main heads off early, as there was so little chance of finishing them. I still did them for many years though, as it just the price of monster buds. A preventative program can kill these spores off though, if they are actually feeding. Toughening cells with silicone helps. Nothing beats getting the biggest buds down early though.
I grow two main outdoor strains. The dry year champion, and the wet year champion, for when the dry year plant just rots away completely. Losses are acceptable, as long as you get what you wanted still. Though finding rot is never fun, and slows the trimming process to a crawl, as everything then needs checking better.

Commercially, many strip the plants down to individual nuggets, then lay them out for drying. The first 24 hours the RH can be kept low, as there is little chance of anything drying in that time. However you can get maybe half the water out. Then slow the process. I always do something like that. Getting loads of water out, then slowing the process before any outer material gets too dry from the forced environment. Typically a day at room temps and ~45-50% rh

Nothing like a good eye and experience :D
thanks for stoping by f-e, yes by the time im on top of the issue..long story short, i need to improve my air circulation overall..
but its true i did find another bud that i was suspucious of molding and i trash it..honestly appart from the white furr, the dead trichs becoming dark and the smell i cant recognize it any better..i guess with experience i get the eye for it..

Its disheartning indeed but its something to learn about and better with a skunk than with a purple haze x malawi for ex :D

but indeed i need to improve on some things obviously, im happy that i can count with you all :D

They are in the last stages..the killer mandarine is just browning the last pistils, showing signs of too much food, on the other hand the Mazarilla is much more hungry, theres was a week that she requested a bit more bloom nutes and calmag and i take too much time to give her, not that i started flushing she is fading really fast, but also she has a lot of white pistils, reflowering a bit more, i think im going to give a bit of bloom in the next watering

This 2 are freebies from purchases, born today, 24 hours later of being in a cup of water at 30c they had roots out and 1 day in the soil and hello world

mamba negra fem photoperiod by frenetik seeds, needed help with the shell and separting the cotylodons(?), but its all ok

The 6th clone of the Red Diesel photo fem by barney is rooted and joined the rest of the gang, a bit criple yet but i think i can manage since my humidifier is on again, overall pic
20210716_151630.jpg

My Mazarilla is oranging the pistils, maybe a week and a couple of days more..iv been searching for more mold, opening the buds, smelling them, for now, nothing. I like the buds of her, green, rounded, dense, its going to be breeze to trim unlike his cousin Killermandarine, to repeat again with a better planning
20210716_152224.jpg

this one borned today, also a photo fem without a seedbank and also a freebie, Jack Herer x Black Domina, the 3 phot fem seedlings and one auto seedling
20210716_150725.jpg
20210716_151641.jpg

The others seedlings are an experience of mine, 5 Red Diesel Auto Regs by Urban Legends, i want to keep them in my window where they receive direct sunlight from sunshine at 6 am until 14 pm, i wamt to see if i can collect some pollen and play around a bit with future auto grows
20210716_151636.jpg

This is my Skunk "bonsai" mom, training to prune them correctly and to make clones etc, etc, i could have make her small but i negleted her and the others skunk clones pratically the entire grow of the autos so i get what i worked for
