First time grower---seeing white hairs--what to do????

I have some romulin clones a buddy gave me and I put them in the ground around mid april somewhere. I am using foxfarm ocean soil. I am using miracle grow tomato feed every two weeks and super thrive maybe twice a week. I am watering every two days. I live close to the san francisco bay area and the temp is about 95F. Today I went out and saw white hairs starting to poke out. My question is....what do I need to change? I obviously need to change to a bloom formula. What should I use and how often and should I continue to water every two days? Should I prune some of the fan leaves so all the tops can get sunlight? My plants around 2-3 feet tall, but very bushy. How long until they are ready to harvest? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. :plant grow:

Did you put them in the ground or in FF? Two different things. If you put them in the ground, water maybe once a week and leave them alone.

I dug some holes in the ground and filled them with FF. I guess it would be preflowering, but isn't it a little early for that? I though they weren't supposed to do that until later in august.

The clones would have the same age as the mom - so it is likely they could have gone to 12/12 immediately if they were indoor.

Peace.
