ok so those look pretty good.i mean they will def. move enough air. altho i dont know anything about sound levels so im unsure of how loud 59decibles would be.
if i were you i would get a 4" and 6". for the price its a good deal. then you could setup your sytem with a little extra power. i believe that if you put the 6" after the carbon filter so it sucks alot of air through it....then it blows it into the hood, then you have either the 4" or get another 6" to put after the hood to help pull the air out.
it should be plenty for a 250watt. hell you could probably get by with 2- 4" fans.

i have a question. with such a small setup do you really think you will need a carbon filter? it does depend on where your at and your situation...but if you have seen my cab i dont use one and the smell isnt bad at all. especially since we smoke in our house anyways.....no one can tell the difference.
if you didnt need a carbon filter then you could easily get by with either 2- 4" or just go for 1- 6"

i want to have minimal smell or non at all. i was thinking of using a carbon filter that does about 119 cfm. would this be bad on my fan, would it make it work harder. need small carbon filter though because the ones that do about 200 cfm are about 12'' round, it would take up to much space in my cab. the 119 cfm is only 5.5''. need carbon scrubber though.

have you looked into making your own????
heres a link to the icmag Do It Yourself thread. it was put together by pontiac, and its awesome. you could build your own filter and it could be whatever size you want.

the filter doesnt make the fan really work harder, it makes it pull less air. this is because it is pulling the air through the carbon filter. i think it would be best for you to set them all up together. the filter, light and fans. and just get a bigger fan. it doesnt take much to cool a 250. you could probably get a 6" and that would work for the thing, if you were to build your own filter.

i would get two tho to just make sure that there will be enough air flow.
