2 Shorties

At 65 days or so of 12/12 with limited pot size to keep the buds within reach.

The short fat one is 24 inches
the taller skinnier one is 34 inches

I believe I have got these girls under control.

a pair of young Malawi in there also

Nice pics! :)
Im growing malawi right now. A warning to all those curious to grew her; She WILL stretch massively. I have never seen such a stretch, it goes on for like 40 days. 5 times bigger than when i switched to 12/12.

Ace seeds are great, malawi has very very narrow leaves, aint no indica genes in there.

I have my malawi Fim'ed, and now Im in LST mode. Hopefully that and restricted pot size will let me finish these gals indoors.

yea, that's clever. Malawi has to be trained alot.
I sowed 4 seeds, 2 were female so i decided to keep both.. bad decision. They have outgrown my scrog and are starting to hit the roof... really dissapointing. But hey, i only got like 2 months left so i guess i'll just wait it out.

Next time im just gonna grow one, and train it like hell!!
Good luck to you :)

I moved these gals to my nicest cabinet last night after harvesting the contents.
Excellent harvest BTW but that is another story.....
After transplanting into new 3 gal containers I watered the first week with Water and a
couple of home made teas. I was hoping to get the roots to grow out into the new soil.
I realize its a little late for re-potting, but my space limited me up to now.
I am feeding again same deal as before.

This chamber is 2ft x2ft x5ft with a single 240 watt BD LED which puts out equiv of a 400 watt in light.Includes red spectrum. Reflective flat white aluminum sides. Sucking air out and thru an over sized can filter to save space in the chamber. Good quiet fan mounted inside. The whole shebang is in a converted garage with AC kept at 74 or 75 deg F at 45%-50% humidity 24/7.

Although cut off from outside world for the most part, it works great. Insect control is much easier. Simple common sense clean habits.

I'd say they've adjusted to the new space and soil just fine. After you harvest these do you rotate in another group?

Thanks!

Yes, exactly. My other setup is wider so i can fit some seedlings in with some bigger plants. Then I isolate 1 or 2 in the more intense light.

I'm thinking of a light upgrade, Black Dog will give me good
Trade in on their newest light.

Hi Levitationofme,

Your Malawis are doing good! :) I would lower down the N a bit as they are showing a bit of N overfeeding, and keep the PK until they tolerate well, looks like they will produce a nice yield!
