I want to change my answer because bajangreen is right on the money.It happens when you let the seedcoat stay to long on the plant,sometimes you have to remove it or this will happen.Good job baja

Yea well some people are real sensitive I guess.Take the shell off with tweezers if it doesnt fall naturally in a couple days

Glad I kept it around...the purple is starting to set in. Still have another 4-5 weeks of flowering left...a few single bananas in a couple buds but overall it is looking good.
