First indoor grow, growbox specification.

Hey guys, I am about to start my first grow and need some help choosing my growbox size and lightning type. I have some limited outdoor growing experience, but I didn't have much contact with the plants - so I'm preety much new. I am living with some flatmates, so I need a stealth solution. I decided to buy a premade growcabinet, a guy will make it for me. Now the only problem i have is providing him with specifications, mainly what size and what lamp I want.

I might be forced to move a lot during next couple of years, so I want the box to be portable. Furthermore, I only want to grow for personal usage, so I plan to go with a small/medium cabinet. 50-60 grams of quality weed per 4-5 months cycle will be more then enough for me. I would rather grow less plants then more - preferably one (local law).

What I'm thiking of now, is getting a 50x50x120 box, with a 150W/200W HPS (150W enough?). Then I could do a scrog grow. I am kind of worried about the height. My calculations go as follows: ~30 cm will be taken by a 18L pot. Then, 15 cm above it, I will place the net. Plants will be able to grow at most 30cm from the top (is it enough place for a HPS, taking into account the possibility of burning the plant?), which would leave me with 45cm usable space above the net. Does that sound reasonable?

Now the thing is I like sativas and I've heard they like to stretch during flower. Do you think I will be able to grow, if not pure sativas, some sativa hybrids like Silver Haze?

What if I decided to use CFLs? From what I've understand, I could bring my plants closer to the top. Theorethicly I would be able to use cheaper/less efficient ventilation, but I need to have a carbon filter going on, so I will still need a fan that can blow through it. Will I be able to get the kind of crop I'm interested in using this type of lighting? How many watts would I require then, would 250W dual spectrum lamp be enough?

Also, should I look for a specific CFL lamp or a specific HPS lamp, or are they all more or less the same?

I don't consider LEDs, I've heard they aren't that good. Am I wrong?

Thank you very much. :)

So 18inx18inx47in converted from cm's. Sound good for a 200w/250w. Hmm, look here's a box I looked at growing in one time.

18wx25l, 37 inches to grow in, 57 all together height(fans and lights take up no more than 20 inches). 250w HPS, gives me 8,650 lumens per square foot.

You should look in the micro-grow section.

I think sativas are too large for a box that's 120cm high. In my opinion you are then better off with an indica because it is shorter but bushier and yields more for its size. Hybrids are probably ok. You should be able to get 2 harvests every 6 months when grown from seed so 60 gram should not be a problem.
CFL might be a solution for you, but if you are going to install a filter and fan anyway, go with the HPS.
You may not want to grow the entire year round because it can be a pain, certainly if you have to conceal it. So go for maximum yield every harvest. That's why I would recommend HPS.
